Bo is the Abbasi Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds visiting scholar positions at the University of Tokyo, NYU Abu Dhabi, and Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence. She also advises national AI Safety Institutes including the U.S. AI Safety Institute and the U.K. AI Safety Institute, and AI security initiatives in Japan and Singapore.
